Did your insurance company send you a Plumbing System Certification Form, like the Tower Hill form, or ask for a plumbing inspection to add water damage coverage? We inspect the home, take the required photos, and sign the form with our Florida plumbing license. We serve Orlando, Kissimmee, St. Cloud and Central Florida.

Many Florida insurers will not write a policy, or will not add or increase water damage coverage, until a Florida-licensed plumber or contractor documents the condition of the home's plumbing. Older homes get asked most often. The insurer's underwriter wants the same core information no matter which form they send:
One of the most common requests we get is the Tower Hill Insurance "Plumbing System Certification Form" (Rev 5/2020). Underwriting uses it to evaluate water-damage risk. The form must be signed and dated by a Florida-licensed plumber or contractor and include their license number. Blessed Solutions Plumbing completes and signs it under Florida plumbing license CFC1432849.
The form also asks for color photos, and we take all of them during the visit:
Tower Hill states that its specific form is not mandatory, but any document you submit, such as a pre-sale home inspection, must give the same level of detail. If your carrier sent a different plumbing certification, supply-line form or the plumbing section of a 4-point inspection, send it to us. We fill out the form your insurer asks for.
Blessed Solutions Plumbing is an independent licensed plumbing contractor. We are not affiliated with Tower Hill Insurance or any insurance company, and we cannot tell you whether your policy will be approved. What we provide is an accurate, signed record of your plumbing's condition.
Insurers often flag galvanized steel and polybutylene supply lines, and in some cases cast-iron drains near the end of their life. See our re-piping service.
Look for an older tank with no drain pan, a missing or blocked TPR discharge, or rust at the connections. See water heater installation.
Typical signs are drips under sinks, stains in cabinet toe kicks and soft drywall near tiled showers. See leak detection.
Bulging or frayed braided lines at toilets, faucets, the washing machine or the ice maker are cheap to replace and are a top flag on these forms. See fixture plumbing.
Forms like the Tower Hill Plumbing System Certification Form must be signed and dated by a Florida-licensed plumber or contractor, with the license number included. Blessed Solutions Plumbing signs under Florida license CFC1432849.
Tower Hill says the specific form is not required, but whatever document you submit must give the same level of detail and photos. Other insurers have their own plumbing or supply-line forms. We complete the one your company sent.
The Tower Hill form asks for color photos of the supply lines under bathroom and kitchen sinks, the cabinet toe kicks, toilet supply lines, the water heater with its label and TPR valve, tiled showers, and washing machine hoses or laundry connections if the home has them. We take all of them during the visit.
If we find an active leak, corroded or bulging supply lines, a water heater without a TPR valve or pan, or old pipe materials, we write it on the form as found. We then give you a quote to correct it. Once the repair is done we can re-inspect and sign an updated certification.
No. It is a visual inspection that records the condition of the plumbing on the day we inspect. It is not a warranty against future leaks or hidden defects.
We serve Orlando, Kissimmee, St. Cloud, Lake Nona, Hunters Creek, Celebration, Clermont and the surrounding Central Florida area. Call (321) 732-5615 to schedule.
